Before co-founding The Social Factory, Leila built a strong background in leadership and project management, working with a diverse range of clients, from federal teams to nonprofit organizations. Her extensive experience ensures seamless execution from start to finish.

A proud member of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Incorporated – Zeta Mu Chapter, Leila is passionate about charitable work, community involvement, and bringing people together through shared experiences. She is excited to partner with the local community and build a space where creativity, connection, and celebration can thrive.

Leila is also the Vice President of ViZion Dance Incorporated, a globally recognized inspirational dance company dedicated to artistry, empowerment, and community impact. In this role, she works closely with a team committed to using dance as a powerful tool for personal growth and positive social change.

Known for her keen eye for detail and a collaborative approach, Leila prides herself on creating personalized experiences for each client, ensuring every event reflects the unique vision and style of its hosts. Her mission is simple: to provide a versatile, stylish, and welcoming space that can be tailored to fit any occasion, all while delivering exceptional service and creativity.

With a degree in Management, a Postgraduate Certificate in Child Protection, and a Certificate in Federal Mediation and Conciliation, Leila combines her academic background with extensive leadership experience to make The Social Factory Event Space the go-to destination for dynamic, impactful events that leave a lasting impression.

Lionel’s vision is simple: to create a space that is as sophisticated and classy as it is dynamic and fun. A devoted husband of 23 years and a proud father of four, three boys and one girl, he knows firsthand that the most valuable things in life are the memories we share with those we love.

In 2025, he proudly retired from the United States Army after an exceptional 36-year career, during which he serve in multiple critical roles, including soldier, mechanic, military police officer, and resources Sergeant. His diverse experience reflects a deep commitment to excellence, adaptability, and responsibility - qualities that have shaped both his personal and professional journey. Beyond his military accomplishments, Martin is a devoted father to five wonderful and loving children, a role he considers his greatest achievement and a source of motivation.

Following his retirement, Martin has channeled his passion for service into entrepreneurship with the launch of his event space business. With a strong desire to provide a premium high-quality experience, he is focused on creating a welcoming and well executed environment for every client and occasion.
